Pipeline steel is used mainly in oil, naturalgas athering andtransmitting andlong-distance transmitting or coal,ore, construction slurry materials transmitting. Products have precise size, good shape and high surface quality; its chemistry and performance have very little fluctuation, but entirely stable. X80 has passed the certification of General Administration of Quality, Inspection and Quarantine and Petroleum Pipeline Inspection Center.
The products are not only well sold to domestic Pipeline business for the key state projects of CNPC and CNOOC, but also exported to many large-scale steel enterprises in India, Korea and Iran etc.

Key process and technology guarantee
1.Chemical Composition Optimization. We adopt Low C + Mn + Nb, Ti, (Cr, Mo) compounding micro-alloying design to ensure high strength, high toughness, high plasticity and good welding performance.
2.Control technology on High purity liquid steel. Measures such as phosphorus control and deep desulphurization technology, calcium treatment, vacuum treatment, inclusion transformation process, vacuum degassing and full protection are adopted to ensure high purity and low inclusion content.
①We have stable control technology on carbon, so that there is very small carbon fluctuation in different heats.
②Deep desulphurization control technology: S is stable controlled at 0.004% or less, ultra-low sulfur steel with less than 0.002% S can be produced.
③ Low nitrogen control technology.
3.Rolling and cooling control technology. The combined strengthening role of micro-alloying elements as Nb and Ti are brought into full play to ensure the good micro-structure and stable performance.
4.Differentiation and diversification of production and supply, the individualized products can be provided according to users’ personal requests.
