Introduction of Valin LY Steel Sheet Production Line
CSP Production line
The CSP production line in Ly Steel well equipped with advanced process is one of the most advanced CSP lines in the world.
Its product dimension: thickness 0.8～12.7mm, width 900-1600mm, inner diameter 762mm/610mm, coil weight≤29.6t. According to the requirement of the customer, its product can be not only supplied in accordance with national standard, industrial standard or technique specification, also with JIS, ASTM and DIN etc, meanwhile we can also supply tempered coil and cut cross sheet.
2250 hot rolling line
The new steelmaking and rolling system in LY Steel owns advanced modern process and technology, and was supported with cut cross heat treatment line. It can steadily supply top quality product.
Product dimension: thickness 1.2～25.4mm, width 900～2130mm, inner diameter 762mm, outer diameter 1200～2100mm, coil weight ≤38t. According to the requirement of the customer, its product can be not only supplied in accordance with national standard, industrial standard or technique specification, also with JIS, ASTM and DIN etc, meanwhile we can also supply cut crossed sheet.
2250 cut cross heat treatment line
2250 cut cross heat treatment line is to process the finished hot-rolled coil from 2250 hot rolling plant into sheet, a part of the sheet was directly taken as cut-crossed sheet, and the other part was further heat treated. This production line has capacity to produce 500 thousand ton cut crossed sheet and 150 thousand ton heat treated sheet. The cut cross and heat treatment technology after conventional hot rolling lead the way over the world.
The product mix of this line: carbon structural sheet(Q195,Q235,Q275), high grade carbon structural sheet(08,08Al,10-45,65Mn), high strength sheet (Q420,Q460,Q500,Q550,Q620,Q690), construction engineering sheet (LG600、LG700、LG700T、LG700QT、LG900QT、LG960QT), wear-resistant sheet(NM360,NM400), building structural sheet(Q235GJ,Q345GJ,Q390GJ,Q420GJ,Q460GJ),bridge sheet(Q235q,Q345q,Q370q,Q420q), shipbuilding sheet(A，B，D，A32，A36), pressure vessel(Q245R，Q345R,Q370R 15CrMoR；16MnDR，15MnNiDR) and auto beam (LG510L-LG700L) etc.
Cold rolling production line
The process and equipment of the cold rolling line in LY Steel are all outsourced; it has capacity of 1.5 million ton cold-rolled sheet, 0.3 million galvanized and galvalumed sheet. There are PLTCM, Bath annealing, skin pass mill, recoiling and hot dip galvanizing /galvaluming units in this production line.
Product dimension: 0.25～2.5×850～1570mm, inner diameter 508/610mm. Its product is widely used in building construction, household appliance, hardware, light industry and car manufacturing etc.
